Is Avocado oil being better for you than Olive Oil ?
Both avocado and olive oil we use at our home for cooking roasting, baking and salad dressing. Both the oil has nutritional values if we choose on oil out of two. Than we need to compare their nutritional values.

Avocado oil is an edible oil obtained from the pulp of avocadoes. It is full of monounsaturated fats, low in saturated fats. One table spoon of avocado oil contains calories 124, Polyunsaturated fat: 1.89 g, Saturated fat: 1.62 g, Monounsaturated fat: 9.88 g, Total fat: 14 g and vitamin E, K.
Both olive oil and avocado oil have antioxidant properties, they fight with free radicals responsible for aging. According to USDA data, olive oil contains more vitamin E as compare to avocado oil. It means olive oil is good in antioxidant properties. Cooking oils has different smoke value, it means the temperature at which the oil start to smoke on heating. When an oil is heated more than its smoke point than its nutritional value is reduced so avocado oil get a little steamier and olive oil is good for low heat cooking food. Due to their smoke point avocado oil is best as compare to olive oil. it is used for high heat cooking foods like grilling, searing and roasting while olive oil is good for salad, pasta and low heat cooking foods. Avocado oil contains oleic acid; it is monounsaturated fat which is helpful in absorption of nutrient which is good for heart.
